Privileged Picked Up

It was a big day for cancellations today after NBC announced it was the end for "My Own Worst Enemy" and "Lipstick Jungle", but it's not all bad news.

The CW's new freshman series "Privileged" will live to see atleast 5 more episodes.  It's not quite a full order yet but clearly on it's way to becoming one since it's already fought the odds after being left in the dust by "90210"s PR in the early fall.

However, now that it's slowly gaining a strong fan base, it'll be moved out of the "90210" shadow and into "Gossip Girl"s rather than running "One Tree Hill" repeats this coming December.

The show stars Joanna Garcia as a wannabe journalist who takes a job tutoring some well-to-do teens in Palm Beach and is based off the books "How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls".
