'Lipstick Jungle' Declared Dead - Shields Says It's Official

According to star Brooke Shields, "Lipstick Jungle" has officially been canceled.  The show has been hanging in the balance since around December and I, for one, was truly hoping it would survive the rumors.

Shields told E! Online, "It was going to stay and we just were officially told it's finally not coming back... It's very sad. I think a lot of people were really sad, but I think we hung on a really long time. It was three great years that we've been working on it."

The news is still fresh so no word yet on what's next for the ladies of 'Lipstick'.

RIP. LJ

I'm surprised to read that it was three seasons. I would have guessed 2, with one being only a half season because of the strike.

NO!!!!!! no more Kirby on tv?? I was really connected with the show because they film many scenes on my street! I still pass by Victory's store everyday! (granted it's all empty~)
