Jimmy Berluti Jimmy seems like a fish out of water. He's an underdog, never treated as an equal. His fellow firm mates are always a little nervous about him when he litigates a case. His ability as a lawyer are not as sharp as the rest of the firm, and he is frequently naïve when it comes to his clients and his personal life. This can get him in trouble, but can help him out as he comes across as a regular guy to the juries. Jimmy had a fling with an older woman judge in the third season. Through a nasty turn of events he was responsible for her being held briefly on murder charges. He would like to continue their relationship, however she, and her best friend and fellow judge, have warned him that he better watch out if he has a case come before either of them.
