What's Brewin' in TV - 'The Apprentice' gets longer, 'Gossip Girl' talks spin off and More!

  • I hope you're a big fan of the Don (Trump that is) because if not, you're in for a world of hurt.  Not only is "The Apprentice" coming back to Sunday nights starting March 1st, but the episodes will be 2 HOURS LONG.  Not just the premiere...every episode.  And yes, it is celeb 'Apprentice' again.  Star Jones anyone?  source
  • NBC finally released some midseason dates. Looks like we'll be seeing the end of  "ER" on March 12th, the debut of "Kings" on March 19th and new episodes of "Medium" starting February 2nd.  Oh, and of course the "Apprentice" news up above.  source
  • I mean, I always say I'm not getting enough "Gossip Girl", but I never thought they'd actually double our dose.  Well...sorta.  Word is the CW is looking at options for a "Gossip" spin off. So far it's still just an idea and they're weighing all their juicy options.  I don't know about you, but I think I could easily watch an hour of Chuck and Blair's scheming...so long as the scandal is fresh.  source
