What's Brewin' in TV - NatGeo Behind Bars, Kelsey Grammer Back on TV and More

  • NatGeo has a new reality series on the way called "Hard Time" and set in a Georgia state prison.  Producers of the show were embedded inside the prison in order to bring us a 6 hour series about inmates and correctional officers.  They were even there when two prisoners staged an escape!  The show will premiere at 9pm on February 23rd.  source
  • Discovery Channel is about to unveil a ton of new programming, including atleast 7 greenlights projects.  One project is "But Wait...There's More" which follows infomercial ad men Billy Mays and Anthony "Sully" Sullivan as they try out new products.  Best part?  It's made by the same guys that brought us "Deadliest Catch" and "Ice Road Truckers"!  Check out the article to find out what else is in store.  source
  • Kelsey Grammer is looking to make his return to the small screen in a show ABC is developing about a corporate tycoon who ends up fired after his company downsizes.  The show is currently without a title and the pilot is written by Tucker Crawley ("Everybody Loves Raymond").  source
