- In the age of remakes, it's only natural "Fame!" gets it's chance, right? Well, like it or not, it's gonna happen. And what's a remake without a reunion? It's not what you think though, Kelsey Grammar and Bebe Neuwirth (you may remember them as Dr. Frasier Crane and Lillith from "Cheers" and "Frasier") will be staring in the film. Grammar as the orchestra conductor and Neuwirth has a dance instructor. Also joining them, funny gal Megan Mullally ("Will and Grace"). source
- Another movie rumor in the works, "Rome" is getting ready to wrap it up on the big screen says creator Bruno Heller. This is great news for any fans who felt like they didn't get a good conclusion when the series ended. However, I'm not quick to get excited as I'm still waiting for my "Deadwood" big screen finale (which is still floating in the rumor mill). Here's hoping! source
- HBO has a new series in the works called "Boardwalk Empire". Directed by Martin Scorsese and potentially starring Steve Buscemi, I think it's safe to say this promises to be a doozie. Buscemi would play the role of Nucky Johnson, a "cunning businessman who runs a liquor distribution ring at the onset of Prohibition." source
