"While 'Project Runway' might be 'fashionably' late in getting to Lifetime, some things in life are worth waiting for," Lifetime Networks president and CEO Andrea Wong said.
The show was originally set to air last November, but as you may have heard, NBC and Weinstein Co. ('Runway' producer) duked it out in the courtroom after the show was moved to Lifetime without NBC's consent.
"Runway" will be joined by a new 30-minute spinoff called "Models of the Runway" where we get to see the hit show from the eyes of the models.
