New Reality for CBS Searches for Strongest American

CBS has added another reality competition series to the bill and this time they're looking for the strongest American.

The new show, currently being called "America's Strongest American",  will take ordinary Americans and have them compete in a series of strength competitions.  It'll be a little different from the usual strongman contests where pros compete for weightlifting titles.  In this regular Joe version they'll scale everything down to suit the average American and of course, it will be a little more humorous.

Ben Bailey ("Cash Cab") and Michelle Merkin ("Celebrity Drive -By") are set to host. The first one hour pilot was shot in Las Vegas over the weekend.  No word yet on when it will air.
