Jessica Simpson Returns to Reality

Jessica Simpson is returning to MTV 6 years after her hit show "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica,"  with a new reality series called "The Price of Beauty."

In the new show, Simpson will travel the world to me regular women and local pop culture icons to study local fashions, dietary fads and beauty regimes. She'll even participate in some of the more extreme practices she stumbles upon.

"I have always believed that beauty comes from within and confidence will always make a woman beautiful, but I know how much pressure some women put on themselves to look perfect," said Simpson, who has gotten a lot of attention for her new full-figure which she has fully embraced.

The show is set to begin shooting in July.  No word on when it will premiere yet.
