Debra Messing is heading back to NBC with a new comedy by Josann McGibbon and Sara Parriott.
The new show, currently untitled, stars Messing as a laid-off CEO who's not ready to be a full-time wife/mom. So basically it sounds like she'll be picking up where Brooke Shields left of on "Lipstick Jungle?" Or is that just me....
The project reunites Messing with McGibbon and Parriott, who penned and exec produced "The Starter Wife," the USA Network miniseries that she toplined.
