So it's the end of January and you're still not watching Project Runway and you want to know what's up with season 6, right?. I know, I feel the designer sized hole too.
Last we left off, Lifetime/Weinstein Co./NBC were in the middle of a lawsuit concerning the abrupt move of the reality show to Lifetime. Bottom line, the judge put a hold on the newest season (which was being filmed at the time) and since then it's just been a bunch of boring court chatter.
Sadly, there's still been no movement on the issue and no one has any idea when the season will air. The next big question is, what about the upcoming February Fashion Week where the designers get to strut their stuff?
Turns out, they will be going through with it but the whole thing is pretty much under wraps. The finale will be shot on February 20th in Bryant Park but not even the audience members will know who's collections they'll be seeing. The designers won't even be introduced. Sounds like a raw deal for everyone, IMO.
