All major networks will be covering the events throughout the day and all times here are eastern.

8pm on ABC: The Neighborhood Inaugural Ball with Beyonce to sing the first song when President Obama and the first lady take the floor.  Other performers include Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Sting, Shakira, Faith Hill, Mary J. Blige, Stevie Wonder and Maroon 5.

8pm on BET: Pre-taped "Yes We Will: BET's Inauguration Celebration" hosted by Nick Cannon

9pm on CBS

where can I see the entire inaugural ball is is showing on any channel after the fact? Thanks.

HBO is running "We Are One: The Obama Inaugural Celebration at Lincoln Memorial" at 6pm on Saturday and 3:30pm on Sunday. It has the performances by Garth Brooks, Mary J. Blige, Bruce Springsteen, etc. That's all the repeat coverage I was able to find. Hope this helps!
