Or maybe it's this guy's fault.Really we have only ourselves to blame. And by "we" I mean anyone who is watching "$#*! My Dad Says".
CBS has bought two more series concepts based on Twitter accounts. "Dear Girls Above Me" written by a guy who is annoyed by his upstairs neighbors ("ditzy girls") and "Shh ... Don't Tell Steve", tweets "secretly" about what his roommate ("dopey guy") is doing at all times.
Meanwhile, ABC is developing a series based on the site Awkward Family Photos . OK, the site is often funny enough to make me laugh out loud, but a show based on it is, for me at least, impossible to imagine.
On the other hand, I guess it leaves the doors open to people who may not have any writing skills but would like to get a series deal of there own. If awkward Photos can do it, I'm sure People of WalMart and Stuff on My Cat aren't far behind.
