It's Thursday and to Big Brother fans, that means it's live night. Well, not so much this week. Apparently ticket holders of the live audience have been told to arrive at 11:30am as opposed to the usual 3:30pm...giving the producers ample time to edit any potential blow ups.
Why? We and other speculators assume it's all about coup d'etat. If Jeff uses it, chances are Chima is going to flip her lid, nevermind a number of other unpredictable responses from the people he'll replace on the block plus the extra time it takes out of the show just to go through the process.
I'm not a fan of this idea. BB has been tip-toeing around a lot of the goings on in the house this year, like cutting out slurs during the Braden/Lydia/Kevin fight making it completely confusing for anyone who doesn't watch the feeds or keep up with feed news. Or chopping the epic Chima/Russel/Kevin/Ronnie etc fight into a tiny little 30 second piece.
So on and so on.
However, I am thrilled to think that for the first time ever in the BB house, the coup d'etat will be used. I groan whenever a power like this is handed out because it's always been irrelevant. I'm hoping the producers scrambling means they know Jeff intends on using it and it's gonna get a little crazy.
Of course, if he doesn't...this could be the lamest live night ever. Hell, even if he does..we'll probably just get some lame watered down version anyway.
