- MTV has renewed first timers "The City" and "Daddy's Girls" for second seasons. They also picked up a series order for "Teen Cribs" which was a recent special. Still no word on a return visit from "Bromance". I'll keep my fingers crossed for you fans. source
- NBC has ordered a new pilot called "Day One", a futuristic drama from Jesse Alexander, writer/producer of "Heroes". The show will follow a small group of people who survived a global event that devestated the world's infrastructures and are determined to rebuild and figure out why the terrible event took place. source
- Donnie Osmond "let the cat out of the bag" on Bonnie Hunt's talk show and let everyone know he's planning to be a celeb on "Dancing With the Stars". You may remember his sister Marie was on the show's 5th season and made it as far as the finale. Donnie says he can't let his sister upstage him. No word yet on any other stars. source
- Not only is Clooney heading back to the "ER" for it's finale, but it looks like Susan Sarandon will now be joining him. The last time Sarandon appeared as a cameo on NBC was in 2001 on "Friends". Glad to have you back! source
- For those concerned about Mariska Hargitay and her recent partially collapsed lung, you'll be happy to know she's well again and has returned to the "SVU" set. No word yet on what caused the ailment. source
