"It's a show that has universal appeal because everybody can relate to having part of their lives hidden," said Freedman, who is producing the project with Evan Weiss. "The show is all about getting to know the person -- why they have been reluctant to come out and what it looks like to be living a lie, (and) what it is like when people are trying to set you up with dates."
The program will start by showing their life in the closet, then the reveal to loved ones followed by the after and how it's effected their relationships.
Execs say people will probably feel hesitant about the project at first, but they're comparing it to the controversial show(and now a big hit) "Intervention", saying people will catch on eventually and be lured by the emotional subject matter.
So what are your first thoughts?

If it's done well and with some empathy, I think this could be a wonderful show.
