NBC Shakes Up Its Line Up

NBC has been struggling with the ratings lately and as a direct result, they're the first network to do some fall lineup time slot swaps.

Starting on November 5th, Wednesday's will become crime night as the network will fill the bill with Knight Rider, Life (previously on Fridays) and the return of Law & Order.  Lipstick Jungle will be taking over Life's old Friday spot.

NBC averaged 7.2 million viewers last week, placing them third behind CBS (11.5 million) and ABC (9.2 million).  Fox took a big hit too with MLB world series coverage.
