Heather Locklear was arrested yesterday, only 2 months after leaving an Arizona rehab facility for "anxiety and depression."
All reports say she was pulled over on the suspicion that she was driving while impaired, though no one seems to have the story straight on exactly what was impairing her. Some reports say she was nabbed for drinking while others say there was none involved.
What we do know is that she was driving under some sort of influence, arrested and held in Santa Barbara County. She has since been released without having to post bail.
We'll have to wait a few more hours for the details to be released.
In other news, Scarlett Johansson tied the knot with her fella, Ryan Reynolds yesterday evening in front of a small crowd. Word is Scarlett's mother and brother were in attendance and it took place at a "remote wilderness resort outside Vancouver."
ScarJo and Reynolds have been dating since early last year and got engaged back in May.
