Imagine how hard it was for me to bite my tongue all week, knowing that Jerry won the HOH. I mean seriously, of all the possible outcomes and this one being it, how can you not root for the old fella, at least for a minute.
Even watching last nights aired HOH competition, I was a little confused. I thought "How could Dan be so far ahead? I know I saw that HOH key around Jerry's neck the other day." The producers must have had a field day when Dan's ball jumped in the round that lost him the game. That's one more week of watching the 4-some (Keesha, Renny, Memphis and Dan) squirm while Jerry tells them one of his famous stories.
Like the one last night about Hissy the snake, the stuffed toy a doctor gave him when he had bypass surgery and something about the woods and a moral about don't bite, just hiss. Did you catch that?
Yada yada yada, Jerry nominated Dan and Keesha. Not a surprise at all. What was surprising was Memphis's promise to Jerry to take him to the final 2. This is going to put him in a very very sticky position. If he backs out of it and Jerry heads to the jury, bye bye votes. If he goes through with the plan, bye bye Dan (which would infuriate me) and does anyone think he could possibly beat Jerry for the final votes?
Looks like his only option is to have Dan do all the dirty work for him. Oh wait, that's nothing new. I forgot.
