Friday Feed Reading - Get Inspired

For those of you unfamiliar, every week I like to take a dive into my feed reader and remind myself why I subscribed to all these awesome sites in the first place.  Even better, I like to highlight some of the more interesting and helpful finds in my arts & design folder.  Enjoy!

Oh, and be sure to let me know if you found anything interesting in your feeds this week.  Seriously, I wanna know!

  • Anatomy is natural art right? So why not mimic it in glass like Tsunami Glassworks has with these Ventricle Vessels?  I definitely gasped upon first glance. via: 72dpi

  • "If You Don't Belong, Don't Be Long" is a solo show by artist Scott Campbell that's happening right here in NYC.  I really hope I can get some time to go see this incredible stuff in person. via: BOOOOOOM

  • This video, "Gravite," just straight up made me smile.  And also made me want to make one of my own. Inspiration success. via: Change the Thought

Other things you simply must know about:
  • One Hour Photo is one of the most interesting photo exhibits I've ever heard of.  Photographs will be projected for one hour only and will never be seen again, creating the "ultimate limited edition." via: BOOOOOOOM
  • As I'm sure you've noticed by now, I'm neck deep in redesigning A&D. I love stumbling across great articles like this one that pin points some of the dos and don'ts of usability on your site.  A must read, even if you think you already know. via: Design Bump
