1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green chiles-mild
1 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces cream cheese
salt and pepper-to taste
Put all of the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl,
and place bowl over pot of boiling water. Stir often, and when the whole thing is melted together, serve with tortilla
chips.
