1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan halves
Measure 2/3 cup yellow cake mix; reserve for topping.
Combine remaining cake mix with margarine and one egg; mix well. Press into bottom of a greased 9x13" baking
pan. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 15min.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Bake 30 minutes longer. Cool, and cut into bars.
