Do not grease the pan
In a 9x13 baking pan mix:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
Make three holes in the mixture
1st hole-add 12 Tbs oil
2nd hole-add 2 tsp vanilla
3rd hole-add 2 TBS vinegar
Pour 2 cups cold water over everything and mix with a
fork until bubbly.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
I know the vinegar sounds gross but the reaction between the vinegar
and baking soda make the cake fluffy. And for some reason this cake doesn't seem to come out as well if mixed in
a bowl, I don't know why. It is excellent frosted or plain. I like it plain.
