meffer's Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes

1 can (10.75 oz) Condensed 98% fat free
cream of chicken soup
1 pkg (9 0z. or so) frozen mixed veggies, thawed
(about 2 cups- I use the one with carrots,
corn, green beans)
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup milk (use low or non-fat)
1 egg
1 cup reduced fat all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9" pie plate mix soup, veggies & chicken. In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk & baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4

*Great served on top of or with mashed potatoes!!
