Mother's Day
Ah, yes. Another Mother's Day laid to rest. We bought flowers
for our mom's, my hubby and I, and I also got a nice big pot of flowers for in my yard.
In a way, I suppose it was a father's day, too. I told him tonight that if I had to be a mom, I wouldn't want to
be a mom to anyone else, just to his kids. I have great kids, I have a super husband, I have a wonderful family.
I am blessed.
We spent the day at the flea market today. Went there in search of two strollers for the vacation. Both of mine
have outgrown them -- they're 3 and 5 -- but when we hit Disneyland I can't have them lugging about if they get
too tired.
I found two of the small umbrella style ones. The ones that fold up really tiny, like the size of an umbrella,
which is exactly what I was looking for. Something small and easy to transport. I also snagged up a few books.
I'm really looking forward to the break, although I have no idea what I'm going
to do with myself for all that time. It will be great to get up each day and relax with no work or no worries.
Just fun and good times.
Oh, who am I fooling? I'm traveling across the country in a MiniVan with four kids.
You can shoot me now.
See you tomorrow;
Maji
