I want to read something on the Sophie Kinsella vein. easy, mindless, funny. going through a rough patch right now and I want something to take me away. Thanks

I don't know if you like humor essays but I hight recommend anything by David Sedaris. I also like Elinor Lipman - her books are easy and funny. There is a great book called "Rococo" about an interior designer that I loved. I just can't think of the author's name right now. It might be the same author who wrote "The Big Gap" series. "Hotel Pastis" is one of my favorite books.
