    Post Michelle's Inauguration Dress

Okay, who decided that baby poop yellow was the color for her?
The woman is stunning and she looks great in bright colors.
That dress is a train wreck on her.
I've never seen a more unbecoming color.
Hopefully her ball gown/gowns will be better.

It is one of the ugliest dresses I have ever seen.

You mean this dress?? I havent seen it on TV yet...but just in the pic I'm attaching...it looks gold to me- and not that bad in the pic. *Shrugs*

But...I find the Bush's faces hysterical. The Obama's look really happy and the Bush's look like they cannot wait to get the hell out of that picture!

I think the Bush's are thinking "The Obama's have no clue what they're in for..." but how could anyone have a real idea of what holding the office of President entails... I wish them well and hope all those campaign promises come true.

Gold, baby poop yellow, just call it bland.
    Very bland.
She could have looked ever so much better in something with more color.
Look how cute her girls looked, wearing something more vibrant.
Poor Obama, he must have been really nervous.
That was one of the bumpiest oath taking ceremonies I have ever heard.
He made up for it with a great speech though.

I guess I'm the minority. I liked the dress on her. She's so tall that when she wears really vibrant things all you see is the dress. I also thought the greenish colored gloves were cool with it. Oh well, what do I know. I'm still wearing my workout clothes!

I don't get the fascination with her clothes. Yes, she's the first lady, but she's not a fashion icon, or some supermodel. I thought she looked fine. It was a nice dress, and probably very warm considering it was 14 with the windchill. It wasn't her moment, it was her husbands. So I think the non-vibrant color was a good choice since the spotlight should be on him, not her. Now I didn't think the gloves matched, and the wind kept messing with her hair. She looked nice to me, but I don't really care about fashion that much.

Oh Agent, we are having a very "un-soul-sister" moment.
Those green gloves gave her hands a "Grinch look".
I was already gacking over the dress, when she whipped out the gloves.
Oh wait, maybe they gave her hands an "Incredible Hulk" look.
Okay, I'll go with the fact that she's tall and when she wears color, all you see is the dress.
There is a tasteful in between.
I think Michelle just needs some "public image" work.
When the Canuckian was looking over my shoulder as we glanced at the "We Are One" concert, he said (after seeing a close up of Michelle when she wasn't aware she was on camera)...
    "She's kind of a sourpuss, isn't she?"
    Don't get me wrong.
The woman has a gorgeous smile, when she's wearing it.
But in those off moments, she really does look a little too grumpy.
Like I said, she needs "public image" work.
