I admire her in many ways...I think she is completely out of her league and I question her decision in accepting the position along with John McCain's judgement in asking her but she is very successful in her chosen profession which extremely male dominated.... The one thing I will say is her voice gives me a headache. It really grates on my nerves...not that she can do anything about it...but something with the pitch.

I dont Hate her, but I find her scary, she doesnt seem to have any world view except her own. She believes in witchcraft and dinosaurs living at the same time as Humans?! And her voice is VERY annoying...she sounds like she is from Minnesota(like the actress, Frances MCDormand? from the movie "Fargo")...do the people in Alaska have an accent? I was not aware of that...her "folkisms" like "You Betcha" are annoying.

Young, underage women are also at higher risk of down syndrome. I saw photos of Sarah on the DAY she gave birth, before giving birth, and the woman looked no different than she does now. Coincidentally, her daughter had a five month leave of absence from school (Explanation: mono). It doesn't pass the smell test.

Oh and I suppose you can admire someone's success, but doesn't that have limits? I mean Hitler was successful, lol.

What exactly are you trying to say here.. (seems a bit insulting to me). I think your hatred of Palin is getting the best of you. Don't worry - It is unlikely she will ever be VEEP.

Experience is one thing, but once McCain chose her...the long argument against Obama's "experience" becomes a moot issue if Palin may, for some terrible reason that the president can no longer serve.

Only the devoted will continue to say that Palin's experience as a mayor of a town of less than 1000 and a gov. of a state of 600,000 some people somehow would ever bring her into any presidential candidate's selection as #2, Veep. Who would ever buy that if on the other side of this issue? No one, would be my guess.

Some say her experience also has to do with being the commander-in-chief of the Alaska natl. guard, but she's never called them out for any type of combat. The commander-in-chief of the national guard in wartime is the SOLE duty of the US president. Governors may only use the guard in state emergencies.

Palin says her foreign policy experience is in part that Russia can be seen from some tip of Alaska...that ole Putin raising his head, etc.

Some comic recently they have flown over the North Pole on their way to Finland and wondered.... does that make them ready to be Santa Claus?
