I've come across very few books about lupus that address the realities of day to day pain and the depression that it brings. This book has insights and doable exercises that help you separate yourself from your pain and to counteract negative internal thinking ("I'm never going to get better" thoughts). Very simple to follow, using mindfulness meditations and simple yoga and breathing techniques.
