How do they figure this stuff??

I just read that the FDA has increased the "official" serving size from 1/5 of an avocado, all the way up to 1/3.

What??

These people have never eaten an avocado.

If you're interested in a 1/3 (erg!) serving; the FDA says it comes out to:
-- 80 calories
-- zero sodium and cholesterol
-- Good source of fiber
-- 254 MG potassium

Like that "good source of fiber". Also a good source of OMG.

And only zero sodium until, you know, you eat it.
