An article at Healio.com reports second-hand that patients with moderate-to-severe Lupus got positive results from treatment with sifalimumab. The measurement was taken in a one-year, phase 2b blind control clinical trial.

Bottom line: 431 patients with same Lupus involvement indexes, random placebo control group: more got better with the drug than without, fewer with the drug stayed the same or got worse, nobody died as a side effect of the drug. (That's better than some others...)
