    Again, you have no clue.
Stand Your Ground had nothing to do with this trial.
The charge was second degree murder and the jury was unable to convict based on the laws pertaining to that charge.
But you can't deal with the facts pertaining to this case.
Instead you ramble on about "your experience" and "what you would have done" which have nothing to do with the facts involved in this case.
And if you are going to continue to use the word "amateur" you could at least learn how to spell it.

Gee, picking on a spelling mistake, that's low even for you.

As for whether or not Stand Your Ground has anything to do with this trial, even one of the jurors admit it.

The right of self-defense (according to U.S. law) (also called, when it applies to the defense of another, alter ego defense, defense of others, defense of a third person) is the right for civilians acting on their own behalf to engage in a level of violence, called reasonable force or defensive force, for the sake of defending one's own life or the lives of others, including, in certain circumstances, the use of deadly force.

News flash...whether it is called Stand Your Ground or not, everyone has the right to self-defense when they feel their life is in danger. That is the whole premise of whether or not the charge will be second degree murder or self-defense.
It was clear to all these jury members that Zimmerman acted in self-defense, ergo the verdict.
What sane, rational person could find otherwise?
All the evidence pointed to the fact that Zimmerman acted in self-defense after he had been brutally beaten.
It is unclear to me what the juror was whining about in the article you posted.
What is sounds like is "gee, we wanted to find him guilty, but nothing in the law said we could."

There you go again, another legalistic definition.

Not caring if the law is wrong/unjust (including how the law tends to favor those that can afford better legal representation and/or certain states have laws that are designed to favor gun owners), or if circumstances such as racial profiling (even if Zimmerman was not an admitted racist, we all have some sort of belief that certain races have a tendency to do what) or even the mere fact that one of those involved had gun led to this incident (Can you imagine what would have happened if Trayvon was carrying a firearm as well? Or if Zimmerman did not have a gun, would he be taking such risks to begin with?), or what this means for similar cases in the future.

The law is the law, and there is nothing we can do to change it for the better.
It's all the media and Obama's fault, they should be showing pictures of Trayvon smoking weed or more recent pictures of him looking like Flavor Flave and speaking ill of the dead one, or ignoring the case entirely. Trayvon was a violent bloodthirsty wannabe gangsta, just as Ted Nugent said. And President Obama shouldn't be putting his nose where it doesn't belong.
I thought we were a democracy with a free press, or at least some sort of republic where people (including Obama) can address grievances or work towards something better, like making sure the problems of our generation doesn't persist into the next.

MTJ is leaving or I'm getting banned, whichever comes first.
