I liked this movie ... I just didn't love it. It is one of those films with really good performances that the film itself just doesn't live up to. I think Annette Bening and Julianne Moore are probably locks for acting nods come Oscar time, maybe deservedly so. But Mark Ruffalo plays it a bit too laid back and the script has a few too many "indie" characterizations and plot contrivances to be truly great, IMO.

But I do think it is worth a watch, if only for the dinner table scene where Annette Bening realizes what is really going on ... overall, I'd give the movie a "B".
