Week 13: Season Finale - Part 1

In tonight's episode, Tim Gunn visited each of the designers to see how far they had gotten in their collection. He also met with their families.

His did his normal critiques and suggestions. The designers finally got to New York to finish up their designs only to find out they have a new challenge. They each will have to make a 13th design for their collection.

Gordana, Logan and Christopher were brought back to help the designers. Irina picked Gordana, Althea picked Logan and Carol Hannah got Christopher.

Unfortunately, Carol Hannah had a stomach virus which may interfere with her work. I'm not sure how that will play out for her, but I'm hoping she is better in the next episode.

There is still a lot of tension between Irina and Althea. Irina even suggested that one of Althea's current designs was inspired by something Irina had done already. Irina also went so far as to say Althea "must have a good memory" and "she didn't know what Althea would do without her."

Next week should be interesting between these two. I can't wait to see who wins.

I'm rooting for Carol Hannah...she has such pretty feminine designs. I feel so badly for her being sick...gosh, what a bad time to come down with stomach flu! I didnt care for Irina's all black collection, but thats very New York.
Its fun to see Tim visiting their families and see what kind of background they come from.
Then I watch "Models of the Runway" and we got to meet their families too..very interesting and the models had fun getting to pick out another model for the '13th" look of the collection.

Tonight should be interesting. I read something about this season of PR. The pros and cons. (I didn't realize this season was delayed for quite some time as PR moved from Bravo to Lifetime.) I think the article pretty much said Christopher should have been kicked off long ago, that some of the others should have stayed longer. I did think in the beginning that Christopher was a shoe-in, but obviously not.

I don't know how much Irina will change some of her designs with so little time. Her all or mostly black collection may work against her. I don't know.

I do hope it comes down to Althea and Carol Hannah. Passion, you said it best when describing Carol Hannah's designs, pretty and feminine.

I guess Irina's style may be edgy. I don't know what other word to use.

As far as Althea, I don't know how to describe her style overall.
