Does anyone know why Fox is releasing this season in four-episode installments? It kinda pisses me off, I don't want to have to wait around for five more release dates.
No clue. Everything I've gotten, promo-wise, says the whole season will be released together, I think late November or early December.
The first four episodes are available at Amazon. The whole thing is being released in December. I have no idea why they make people wait that long. LOST is doing the same thing.
The release date serves two purposes:
1. Christmas sales
2. Building up to the new season. Also includes a prequel promo, which usually boils down to just an extended car commercial.
