Season 5 premiere *spoilers*

It seems HH has redeemed himself. The case was in the forefront, Bones and Booth were back to their dance, Hodgins is king of the lab :), and the Federal DA was back at her sassy best, cherie! I had my doubts about Cyndi Lauper, but I liked her. She pulled off the psychic part perfectly. Now, if we get 21 eps just like this one, this season will make up for last.

(I have to say I fangirled when Booth, sort of, admitted he loved Bones. :queen:)

Let me just say he appears to be trying.
For me, he will have no redemption until he brings Zack back.
(Yes, I hold a grudge, I'm Irish).
I love Caroline Julian.
Just love her.
They need to feature her in more episodes.
I was so-so about Cyndi Lauper.

The episode was better than I expected but something was still missing. Booth was just not right for me-I know that was how it was suppose to be. But I hope we can get back to "normal". I loved Caroline-I hope she is on more often.

The episode was good. I agree that it isn't time credit HH with redeeming himself quite yet. I want to see how Booth's situation plays out.

Plus we have to keep an eye on the season. This was a good episode, but last season had some shining moments as well. And I'm with mtj. I miss Zack and Gordan Gordan. Figure out a way to get them back and I will be sold on HH's redemption.

But even if he doesn't bring them back he is still working his way back up. Hopefully this will be a good season.

I'm predicting a HUGE ratings tank for Bones starting tonight, when it goes up against "Flash Forward".
I won't be a bit surprised if Fox reconsiders Bones's place in the line up.

I know Fox wants to compete, but I didn't think putting Bones and Fringe on Thursdays would be good for either show. Bones is going against Flash Foward and Survivor and Fringe has CSI and Grey's Anatomy. Bones and Fringe are great shows but I think they are going to suffer when everything else starts back up tonight.
