Week 2: Maternity wear

Rebecca Romijn was a guest judge this week. She's very pregnant in this episode and so the project revolved around that.

I liked Carol Hannahs maternity dress, although she didn't win it was my favorite. Shirin was the winner and I loved the dress more so than the jacket.

I didn't think Mitchell's design was as bad as last weeks hot mess. Believe it or not, I thought Ra'Mon was horrible. He should have been in the bottom two in my opinion.

Malvin however is just plain weird to me. It's like he's trying to paint in abstract except, it's with clothing designs and I just didn't get it tonight. Ultimately he was the loser and I felt he deserved to go.

I misspoke last week when I said I liked Eppersons design when I meant to say I liked Ra'Mons design. I'm still figuring out everyone's name..lol

I don't think I've ever laughed as hard at a designer and his concept than I did last night. When Malvin was explaining it to Tim and got to the jodhpurs/chicken thighs, I thought I might fall off the couch. I'll miss him just for the hilarity.

Yes that was funny and I have no doubt that when Tim was talking to Ra'mon about not going all strange and nutty because they already have someone like that, I knew he was refering to Malvin..lol poor Malvin.
