Gale Harold will be returning to Desperate Housewives in May.
Harold's Jackson Braddock will resurface in the May 3 episode, and sources are describing his stay on Wisteria Lane as lasting through the end of the season. The housepainter and love interest to Susan Mayer (Teri Hatcher) has already appeared in 11 episodes. His run as Jackson was cut unexpectedly short when the actor had a serious motorcycle accident in October.

Teri Hatcher has hinted that she may consider leaving Desperate Housewives.

The actress, who plays Susan Mayer on the hit US TV show, wants to move on to other projects in the near future.

I just think everything comes to a natural close at some stage, doesnt it? Hatcher explained during a radio interview. And the world of film does sound appealing again.

Hatchers contract with the show expires next year.
