My main impression after viewing this recap: I am worried about what will happen to Penny/Desmond/little Charlie.

I have to confess, I didnt learn anything new from the episode, it was just a rehash of what we've seen so far. Did anyone spot anything new?

I agree, Moola, nothing new.
Thor, by watching the few scenes where Desmond and his family appeared I was more aware that Ben still has a few things to settle. And Desmond too.

Ben passed up his chance to kill Penny, though, because of little Charlie. I think they're safe from him. I think Desmond will have to return to the island, but I'm not sure how they're going to accomplish that.

No, I didn't learn anything new. It was just a recap and didn't shed any new light on any of the mysteries.

He said Rousseau was crazy. I don't know if he believes that or why he took the baby. Maybe he thought Widmore would kill her and the baby if he just left the baby there.

What reason would he have to take little Charlie? He spared Penny's life because of him. It has nothing to do with his kindness. Obviously, he missed having his mother around and didn't want to do that to another child. I think he took Alex because he really believed Rousseau was crazy, but again, he wouldn't kill her and completely take her away from Alex. Penny has nothing to worry about from Ben.

I turned the recap show off halfway through.
It was just a bunch of stuff we already knew.
I think ABC gets a lot of complaints when LOST takes a week off.
So they put this episode together to appease people.
Looking forward to this week.
I wonder what we'll learn from ole Dan Faraday.
