I'm probably looking forward to this one more than any other.
"This Place Is Death" was SO confusing, that any additional help will be appreciated.
And while I'm on the subject, any ideas about what the title "This Place Is Death" means?
The titles are seeming to connect into the story somehow, so I'm wondering if that one does as well.
Also, I found a paragraph in a recap of "This Place Is Death" that perfectly sums up how I feel about it.

The episode definitely has its moments but it rushes along at too brisk of a pace and never slows down to really explore the elements of the story it is trying to tell. Rousseau's story, Charlotte's death, Jin's return, the smoke monster's temple and finally Locke's encounter with Christian are individually great elements however they each suffer from being crammed into one episode. Lately, Lost has risen to the occasion when juggling many storylines at once. Unfortunately, this time it was all a little much to swallow. Still, a good episode that has plenty to keep fans excited for next week but I hope the next episode is a little more focused.

I don't know. This place is death could have a couple of meanings, I think. First, it's definitely a place of death for Charlotte. That's the most obvious. Maybe the temple is a place of death? I read on one site that the hieroglyphics on the temple had something to do with the "underworld". Maybe that's where the dead people are... like Christian... under the temple and just under the island.
