Okay, what gives?
I read an article that says Carole Littleton is going to be in this episode.
I really hope the writers are not going to make the ENORMOUS stretch that Carole has figured out that Aaron is her grandson.
Because it's already a huge stretch that Carole ever came out of that vegetative state.

I agree that Carole waking up from the vegetative state is a stretch, but hey, if the island can cure Locke and Rose and keep Michael from killing himself off the island, maybe it woke her up.

Also, I don't think her finding out about Aaron would be as much of a stretch. Sun is acting shifty. She could have sent an anonymous note. Ben or Widmore might have gotten her the info. Or... maybe she started having dreams and Claire is telling her that Aaron is her son.

Thor, I swear, I thought in another thread you said that you didn't think that Sun had anything to do with why people are looking into the Kate/Aaron maternity thing.
I need several notebooks.

ITA that it is probably claire's mom going after aaron. I don't think it was sun, however, I think BEN was the one to tip her off. I think he wanted to make kate panic and worry enough to consider going back to the island to avoid losing aaron.

Okay, I'm digging this theory.
The "island" woke Carole up so she could convey the "Jack you are Claire's half-brother" thing.
And then, so she could instigate Kate wanting to go back to the island.
Of course, if I think this way, I have to think about why the "island" wanted Ekko dead (yeah, I know, actor wanted to leave and all that)...
and why the "island" wanted Charlie dead (no acceptable rationale for me)...
and why the "island" manifests as Christian Shepherd.

I've been on both sides of the issue. At first, I thought Sun was likely the one to have sent the lawyers to Kate's door, but then after watching it again, I thought she was maybe just giving Kate advice. So, I'm kind of waffling. I'm not sure what Sun is doing... is she after Ben or after Widmore? Is she mad at Kate and Jack or has she forgiven them?

Anyway, whoever sent the lawyers... if it does turn out to be Carole Littleton, there are only a few people who could have told her... and fewer that WOULD tell her. It would be either Widmore, Ben, or Sun. I don't know who else it would be, unless it was Claire in a dream. Those are the only possibilities I can come up with.
