Jumped the Shark

PR has jumped the shark for me. I've always been fanatical about it, but this year I just lost interest. The designers just weren't that great this year, and only Stella held my interest. I'm not going to be watching anymore.

It's starting to look like no one will be watching PR any more. Lifetime VS. The Weinstein brothers, suing each other back and forth may never end. I haven't heard if they (Lifetime, I guess) have done any filming or not.

I still like the show, it's the only reality thing that I know of that requires some creativity. When it's good, it's a lot of fun. But when it's bad, it can really be hideous. I loved the season that Christian won, lots of talent and less whining than usual, but the most recent season didn't have my attention until the last few weeks.

I have to say, I hate that they are moving it to LA (if they ever get to actually do one). Bad idea.

LA is a horrible idea. The garment center and the fabric stores, etc, are spread all over the area, and it's hardly the center of the industry.

I'm hoping I have the next fashion reality show. My partner and I are pitching it in June in LA. Wish me luck! Hee!

I heard that they had the final PR show with the final 3, but because the season hasn't aired, they couldn't show the faces of the designers. they had the models and the lines, but tim gunn was the one doing the talking. that's SOOO sad!!! it's not like anyone there even watches the show, lol. but the face time is almost as important as the runway itself, so it's too bad the finalists missed out on that part of the PR experience!!!

I hope we get to see this season. the bosses REALLY need to get over themselves and start fighting!!!

The poor designers definitely got the snub at fashion week. I really think that's awful. More importantly...rumor has it the season that's currently on hold might never make it to the small screen and head straight to DVD.

There hasn't been much news about it lately which leads me to believe they're just letting it quietly die out. Really sad. I'm going to miss this show.
