I agree the Christmas episode was a good one. House seems to be getting even more obnoxious than usual this year. Do you see it too or is it just me?? I am beginning to wonder what 'the powers that be' are up too it's like they are setting the stage for House to have a break down due to the pain? Do you think Cuddy and House will get together??

No, I don't think Cuddy and House will get together and I really don't want them to.
After last week's episode, I think Cuddy is going to renege on adopting the baby.
I think she is realizing that she can't have her career and take care of a baby and that she wants the career more.

I was thinking the same thing about Cuddy and the baby. I hate to see that happen it adds to her character and it is doable if she would just hire a nanny. but will she now that she sees taking care of a baby and having a career is not as easy as she thought??
I don't really want House and Cuddy as a couple either but they sure do dance around each other alot. :O)

I think what the writers are trying to convey in the story of Cuddy and the baby is that her biological clock ticked out before she did anything about her maternal instincts.
And I think that happens to some women who spend years, totally engrossed in a career.
I think Cuddy is going to realize that she can't balance motherhood and a career as challenging as hers...even with the help of a Nanny.
I would like to see Cuddy and House dancing around each other because they both realize that they are lonely, and need someone in their lives.
It's just not those two for each other.
I thought it was a very interesting scene when House and Cuddy kissed, she said, "What next?" and he grabbed her breast.
And then Cuddy expressed complete disgust.
I don't think these two are meant for each other.
I think they are meant to discover together, that they each need to find a "suitable" partner.

I just discovered House last season went out and rented past seasons to get caught up. Love the show but am noticing this year that he is making me pissed at him more than usual. LOL!!!
Right now we are watching reruns on USA. I love the marathons.

My husband and I did the same thing.
We dropped into House in the middle of Season Two and rented the previous
episodes to get caught up.
I think Gregory House is one of the most interesting TV characters I have ever watched and Hugh Laurie does an outstanding job of portraying him.
I think one of the best episodes this season was when Wilson kidnapped House and forced him to attend his father's funeral.

LOL!!! Poor Wilson!! He gets the brunt of House's quirky/abusive behavior, along with House's medical team. To tell you the truth I can't see many people being able to put up with House's addicted/controling personality. Hugh Laurie plays him perfectly. After discovering the show I went on the internet to read up on him. He is a very interesting, multi-talented man.
The reruns we watched last night dealt with the police detective that had it 'out' for House after Greg was rude to him during an office visit. The detective was out for revenge and caused a lot of grief for Wilson, Cuddy and the medical team.
