Is Will at the Safe House?

Or is he at summer camp? I can guess that keeping a teen trapped during the summer at a safe house would be less than pleasant... but still if he's not there where is he?

I was surprised when they said that the other day. I don't remember anyone talking about Will going to Switzerland - it's kind of a big deal.
