Fantastic episode. I think this one was the best so far this season. I hesitate to say more because I'm guessing some haven't seen it yet.

I LOVED this episode. It was a great episode, although the ending Booth/Bones gambit felt a little gratuitous and the final scene with Zack felt a little too tied up with a pretty bow. (I have a bad feeling that the arc, and Zach, or over....BUT...) The first interaction between Zack and Sweets had my mind playing tracks on me. For a moment I thought Sweets was some how connected with Gormigon. Their last scene kind of took that feeling away, but wouldn't it be cool if Sweets were actually an associate of the Gormigon character and subsiquently harrasses Zack in the hospital? ;)

It was the best episode yet, but I'm still waiting for more. That said, I kind of like the new intern...wonder if he'll stick around...he's no Zack though.

I have very ambivalent feelings about where they are going with Sweets and Zack. I think Hanson has paid a lot of attention to the internet outrage about what was done with the character of Zack. More about this episode after I give it another watch.

Good episode. What Zack told Sweets at the end-interesting!

Okay, I had another watch.
An uninterrupted one, which is always better.
How do I love Eric Millegan?
Let me count the ways.
It was so obvious from this episode that he is a HUGE part of the glue that makes this cast and show work.
That being said, Hart Hanson is an a$$hole for ever thinking that making Zack, Gormagon's apprentice would EVER fly with loyal viewers.
It was a slap in the face that I am still not over.
And Hanson can NEVER explain away the fact that it was just a cheap, ratings ploy.
Shame on you Hart.
Shame on you twice for what that did to the people who love what you write.
And while I'm on the subject of your writing Mr. Hanson, why is it that you can pen a stellar episode, such as this, and then give us the mostly trash that was the first three episodes?
Oh, maybe because ZACK was in this one?
Hart, buddy...you owe that character so much redemption, you know?
I think maybe your dullard brain has figured that out.
It's not about ratings H.H.
It's about being true to your characters and true to the people who love them.
That "no volume" scene in the diner said it all.
It is the interaction of these people, Zack included, that makes BONES work.
I am way too over-invested in this show.
I watched this episode and felt like my family was back together again.
And that was nice.

I have finally caught up on the last three episodes after being out of town. The last two were ok (I was amused by Brennan's two boyfriends) but I loved this weeks episode.

It felt like it was starting to click like Bones again. The case was interesting, as were the characters. But of course the best part was the return of Zack. Just in time to save the day :) I agree with what was said earlier that the Zack/Sweets end was interesting. I think Zack's clarification to Sweets changes a lot. I think it's quite a possiblity that the truth will come out and since he cooporated earlier with the investigation maybe he'll be able to get out eventually and back to the lab. That would be exciting.

"King of the looney bin" was hysterical.
There is nothing like the Zack/Hodgens relationship.
They will never replace that, no matter how hard they try.
And let me go on record as saying that if they bring Zack back,
and then take him away again at the end of this season...
I will hunt Hart Hanson down and squash him like a grape.
