Question/ Jack's story

Did we see the beginning of Jack's downfall last night? Was last night's show before or after the drunkin/pill-popin/bearded Jack?

Here's the timeline that I've understood (which could be wrong, I can barely keep up!)
they leave the island
Jack meets Hurley in the gym
Hurley starts seeing Charlie (the Island Messenger)
Jack becomes successfull again
Kate is on trial - Jack realizes that he loves her
Jack and Kate's love story takes off (this episode)
Jack gets a warning from Hurley that "he's not supposed to raise him" and that he will be visited by his own "island messenger"
Jack see's or thinks he sees his dad and it freaks him out
He turns to prescription meds (the downfall)
He starts to fall apart, and Kate breaks it off with him to keep him away from Aaron
Jack really looses it and decided to go back to the island but cant
Jack and Kate meet at the airport

yeah this was before jacks pill poppin days. but anyway here is how i think the ff went in order.
1stsuns because of the birth of the baby and hurley showed up
2nd is hurley i think
3rd is Ben I think still not sure. but we do know he was in iraq in oct. of '05 so that could be right.
4th is kate which i think. but when you think about the way they aged aaron it could of been 2 or 3 years since they were off the island when her ff took place.
5th is jack before jack of '07.
6th is jack of '07
and as for sayid's ff. that one im still not sure about just yet. you know it happened after ben's ff. but it could be around the same time of kates, and both jacks. or even hurley's ...i still need more to go on with that one.
