I was surprised that he went first. At first I thought he was talking crap about worrying about his unborn daughter and they were going to dupe Eliza and send her home (I think that is her name). I wonder if CBS is disappointed as they probably expected him to make waves and instead he went first. I did not remember some of the favorites and I agree that they probably lost as they were over confident. Their shelter was very good. Not sure I am liking this so far but we will see what happens next week.

I thought he was playing with their heads as well, but I have to admit that I'm GLAD that he's gone!!! call me petty, but I STILL don't like him. he claims to be the best player in the history of survivor, but I don't buy it!!! yes, the grandma lie was well-played, but I still hate him for it. I get the whole "outwit, outplay, outlast" motto, but he crossed a line for me. you may play the players, but at LEAST be honest with the viewers!!!

I am SO glad that creep is gone. One of the fans stated that he is a pig, which is correct IMO. I too thought that he was messing with their heads (as he is so good at) I yelled "ALL RIGHT!!" when the 6th vote with his name came up and my wife jumped, lol. We're both glad he's gone--kinda restored my faith a little bit (not much) in reality shows after the last horrible ( and obviously rigged) season of Big Brother. :lookaway:

Ok so I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought he was full of **** about the thing with his daughter and wanting to go home. I thought he had to be playing someone somehow. I am glad to see that he is already gone. Although I think I wanted Eliza to go home almost as much as I didn't like her that much the first time.

Hopefully the favorites will pull it together as there are several I want to see make it to the end.

I would rather have seen eliza go home first. I don't get why he wanted to go, it, not like he got to go home, no matter when you get voted off you have to stay for the full 39 days. Don't they? Otherwise word would get out about who got voted off before the show aired.
