THE GOOD:
First, congrats to the women for a spectacular win tonight. Not only did they deserve it, they finally did something they haven't been able to do since day one, and that was to come together as a "team" instead of as individuals trying to fit in on a team. Whether they want to admit it or not, Vinny did contribute to their ideas. I understand them being so mad at him for his betrayal and to the point of not wanting to acknowledge his contributions.

Once the women found out what he did, they managed to put their anger aside instead of letting it fester and distract them from the task at hand.

When the women won, I cried right along with Carol Alt. Geez, I think the older I get the more sensitive I become. It was like watching the weight of the world being lifted from their shoulders with their first win. I thought Omarosa's compliment to Carol was deserved. It is strange saying anything nice about a bitch like Omarosa. Again, Congrats to the women!!

THE BAD:
Wow, where do I begin? For Piers to assume that the women were spying simply because he saw some undistunguishable figures walking by the war room is completely unfair. Everytime they showed the hallways or the war rooms, you can see people walking by. If he couldn't name who it was he shouldn't have accused them. All they have to do is ask one of the camera men who was where when the supposed spying from the women happened.

Also, just because Piers (who thinks he is nothing but brilliant in his own mind) instructed Vinny to go spy, doesn't mean Vinny had to do it. I think the men were wrong for any participation in spying on the women, Vinny should have been smarter and realized that Piers baited him to walk in the middle of the road, then ran him down by outing him to the women.
Trace Adkins (who has a voice that could melt chocolate ..I love it) should be more vocal. I was really surprised he came up with that great slogan in the sense that he shared it. But if he really didn't feel what Vinny and Piers were doing was rignt, he should have said so.

THE UGLY:
Vinny should not have resigned, quit or whatever he wanted to call it. He did something wrong, voluntarily admitted it and tried to make a wrong right by contributing to the womens task and got burned 4 times. 1... by Piers who ratted him out, 2...by Lennox who chose Piers over him, 3...by the women who refused to acknowledge his contributions to their win and 4...by himself. He didn't fight for himself and gave up to his mortal enemy. The boardroom fight was awful. Real nasty. The vote could have gone either way and I am disappointed that Vinny gave up. He made Donalds job easy this week.

THE FUNNY: I don't know if anyone caught this, but at the end of the show when Vinny was walking to the taxi, the camera kept showing some guy, first, walking toward Vinny then 2nd, standing on the corner with a news paper looking at Vinny. Vinny looks up at the building then suddenly the credits come up. That was a total rip from the final show of the Sopranos. No one knew what happened next on the Sopranos when Tony and his family were at the diner eating and these suspicious characters were all around them. The scene suddenly ended with no explanations. The same thing happened to Vinny. What a great homage.

I was happy that the women won as well but was disappointed they accepted Vinny's help. The funny thing is that Omarosa is supposed to be so bright and intuitive but she was the first to accept his help whereas Carol was more skeptical. I was glad that they won under Carol to shut-up the men and Omarosa who called her a twit. The women's idea was so good along with their presentation. I thought Piers was pretty low. Vinny did not have to spy on the girls and he did not have to give the men information and he was pretty stupid how he kept flip flopping. But there is something really devious and mean spirited about Piers and I thought what was low was how he taunted the women with the information that was passed on and ratted out Vinny. He had every intention of setting him up and for that I wanted him gone. I think Vinny knew that he would not be trusted even though several of his team chose him over Piers. At this point I feel like Omarosa and Piers are a lot alike in that they will do whatever they have to win and neither is that good imo but they cause drama and that helps the ratings. I am looking forward to see Omarosa pour that drink over Piers head in the next show.

When Piers admitted that he was setting up Vinny, I wanted to punch him, but at the same time it's one of those things where, Piers is doing what everyone is letting him do. In other words, who is really standing up to this guy and saying hey, enough is enough? No one. As long as the guys are winning, no one is saying sh*t to Piers about anything that underminds another team.

After all the drama ensues is when we hear the " I should have said something" or " I didn't like how that was handled but". Having a conscious after the fact doesn't change anything.

Even Ivanka Trump said "in business, sabotage, to some degree, is a necessary evil." It's a brutal industry on some level.

You are right, Omarosa jumped at the chance to have Vinny and that did surprise me as well.

I agree that about them letting Piers do whatever and it was a little too late to say oh well I should have said something. Unfortunately even though Piers was low in his actions, Vinny made himself look pretty stupid and I think he knew he would not overcome that which is why he resigned. From the reviews it looks like the Baldwin guy doesn't want to work with Piers anymore.

I have to agree with Piers on Baldwin - a lot of preaching for a guy who acts and proclaims to be a minister only when it fits him. :( No one is perfect...but I agreed with Piers point on that one.
