1. Do you consider yourself old-fashioned?
In many ways, yes.

2. What was the worst punishment you had as a child?
I never really got in trouble as a kid, so I was never grounded or never had a privilege taken away. Most of us here on the Pier grew up in the day when it was still okay to spank your child. I had a couple of spankings that didn't hurt physically as much as they did emotionally.

3. Name three things in nature that you find beautiful.
The ocean. Butterflies. Wildflowers in Spring.

4. What is one of the worst mistakes you have ever made?
Not getting my accounting degree. My family didn't have the money to send me on to a 4-year college after junior college. I know there were ways to go with scholarships and aid, but I didn't pursue it and settled for that. I have often regretted not trying to finish.

5. Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Sandra Bullock. Not that she looks anything like me except for her dark hair and eyes, but I think she would make a good me. :blush2ey:

Weekend plans? It's been a hectic week, so I'm going to lay low this weekend. I may take a drive tomorrow to one of our State Parks close by. They have an old fashioned jubilee each year and I've always wanted to attend.

1. Do you consider yourself old-fashioned?
About a lot of things I am. Manners. Raising kids.

2. What was the worst punishment you had as a child?
I never got grounded or anything. My dad was quick with a smack though. My fear of him kept me in line most of the time. LOL!

3. Name three things in nature that you find beautiful.
The ocean. Sunsets. Flowering pastures.

4. What is one of the worst mistakes you have ever made?
Not pursuing acting or comedy at a young age.

5. Who would play you in a movie about your life?
I've always said it would be Valarie Bertinelli and I'm sticking with her.

Weekend plans?
Hosting a big church dinner party tonight. A dance recital for my seven year old friend, Zoe, tomorrow and cleaning out my linen closet. Something good has come from my addiction to watching "Hoarders."
