If Obama did something like this, he'd be accused of being an Islamist sympathizer.

This, a man who is an advocate of cybersecurity "privacy" rights, outing people who could be killed because what they are is considered a crime worthy of the death penalty in the country they live in. And yet, no outcry from the conservative media. Why? Perhaps it's because of what Assange has on Hillary Clinton? Maybe they don't care about gay people to begin with. And as I said before, Assange (and maybe sympathizes such as Snowden) is a racist. He doesn't care about physical brutality that minorities have to suffer through, and I think it is a sign of White Privilige that says one should care more about cybersecurity than physical brutality at the hands of the government or its officials (including police)

Also, it could be said that Assange is akin to a cyber-terrorist along with being a coward hiding in the safety of the Equadorian Embassy in the UK, so that he's free to publish hacked, un-redacted data without consequences. Certainly he's done many harmful things, but this outing of people in Saudi just goes to prove that he's someone without conscience or caring. He's someone that must enjoy some kind of crass thrill in his deeds with breaking this kind of information while sitting in his free safety zone. UGH!

You're probably right that he should be considered a cyber-terrorist. Claiming to be a champion of rights and a skewed version of "freedom" while at the same time disregarding consequences of his actions sounds very libertarian.

Looks like he's overstaying his welcome....

I bet the Equadorian Embassy would like to be rid of him. Maybe this will be the way.

... (and maybe [Assange] sympathizes such as Snowden) ...

Snowden has repeatedly called out and criticized Assange for not blacking out private data in the data that WikiLeaks publishes.
